Perspectives on professional service management
The professional, creative design of services is the decisive prerequisite for customer satisfaction and customer loyalty – key criteria for sustainable corporate success. In order to establish innovative services in line with strategy and to develop, design and manage them in a professional and customer-orientated manner, managers must be able to master the concepts and methods of service management and apply them creatively. Together with the RWTH Aachen University and the RWTH International Academy, the FIR has therefore developed the “Chief Service Manager” certificate course, an executive programme that teaches the required skills in a target group-oriented manner.
